- Gallery Wrapped: Our professional staff hand-stretches these canvases over top quality SPF real wood frames and finishes them with hanging hardware. These come ready to hang! We suggest you purchase a framed canvas if you are looking for an easy experience or want to give one as a gift.

- Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 5 – 7 business days.

Poorly stretched two times, had to return
My canvas arrived loosely stretched & damaged with a near puncture in the middle. Customer service was prompt to reply & get a new canvas shipped to me. Unfortunately the second canvas arrived poorly stretched with a big crease in it. I decided to return rather than request a replacement. Customers service wasb5 stars, but the product itself was 1 star bc of the poor craftmanship.

Ordered one canvas off the website, I was really happy how the canvas turned out with amazing colors and design, however when I got the canvas it was slightly damaged due to the box having minimal protection.
Had no trouble asking customer service for a replacement, my only negative is that they wouldn’t need to send a replacement if the canvas was more protected, the canvas is only protected by a cardboard box with styrofoam in the 4 corners.
Unfortunately I don’t think this is enough protection as as soon as there is damage to the box it will probably transfer on the canvas.
Besides that, customer service is great and easy to deal with, and the website has a lot of canvas variety, will definitely consider shopping on their website again.
