- Production: Made To Order. All of our bedding sets are constructed in a pet-free and smoke-free environment.
- Processing Time: All orders are sent to the manufacturer within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 5 – 7 business days.

Prints were nice but…
I ordered 4 pictures. The 1st 2 that I got looked really nice and I had them framed. The 2nd 2 that I had framed, and for some reason it looked like the canvas was not tighten up. So when they were framed and hung, you could see waves in them. I was disappointed about that. The actual prints were pretty nice.

Canvas nice, be warned that yours can arrive with unexpected coloring
The canvas was very nice. The reason I do not give 5 stars is because in the picture on screen, there was no turquoise color in the picture. However, when I opened it up, there was turquoise. Luckily there was turquoise shading in the other things in the room, but having turquoise in the painting, and a lot of it, and not expecting that was an issue. So, I would recommend Pencil Canvas with the warning that you think you know the colors in your painting, but you don’t until it arrives and be prepared that this will happen. I personally think that Pencil Canvas should have it down pat by now showing us the actual colors that will be in the painting and avoiding that we should be surprised by color we did not see on the screen.

I ordered a canvas product and had it shipped. The canvas was dinged and dented in several places. Customer care was great and resent the canvas; less dings but still not in pristine condition. This is not the first time this has happened so I guess I’m wondering why Pencil Canvas can’t get the canvas stretched properly, and perhaps package the artwork more carefully. The product itself was really well done.

The artwork is beautiful. I am so happy but the the packaging could be a bit better as the box it comes in is a bit flimsy. Maybe bubble wrap or more styrofoam could help. Two of the boxes were ripped and one was wet because it rained (I live in Miami). Luckily the artwork was not damaged.
